Is Medicinal Cannabis right for you?
For patients in MAT or recovery programs, medicinal cannabis certification plays a crucial role in maintaining compliance:
Avoid Program Violations: Testing positive for THC without a medicinal cannabis certification may lead to program violations or penalties.
Stay in Compliance: A valid certification ensures that your use of medicinal cannabis is documented and recognized as part of your treatment plan.
Support Your Recovery: Certification provides clarity and transparency for MAT/recovery programs, allowing you to focus on your recovery journey without fear of unintended repercussions.
Our team is here to guide you through the certification process and provide the documentation you need to stay compliant.
Compliance for Medication-Assisted Treatment and Recovery Programs
The acceptance of medicinal cannabis certification and THC use for patients in Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) or recovery programs is subject to the policies and discretion of the specific clinic or program. Certification does not guarantee exemption from program rules or policies regarding THC use. Patients are encouraged to consult with their MAT or recovery provider to ensure compliance with all applicable requirements.
