A proud graduate of Montgomery County High School, Haley is deeply connected to the Mount Sterling community and passionate about supporting mental health in her hometown.
With advanced degrees from Morehead State University and Eastern Kentucky University, Haley has spent years refining her skills. Her experience working in inpatient care at Eastern State Hospital has made her an expert in treating complex mental health conditions.
